"Is it an add-on we pay for?"
No. Tagbox Desktop is included on every plan, Starter up.
"Will it fill up my drive?"
That's yours to decide. Sync the whole library or just the collections you need, and we show you the size of each one before you do - so nothing lands on your drive that you didn't choose.
"Is this a Photoshop plugin?"
No, and that is the point - there is no plugin to install per app. Your library shows up as files, so anything that can open a file can open yours.
"I opened a file, edited it and saved. What does everyone else get?"
For now, nothing automatically. Uploading a file, and uploading a new version of one, both happen in the app rather than from your drive - so edits saved locally don't push back on their own. It's on the list for a future release.
"What happens on a plane?"
Everything you've synced is on the machine and opens normally, whether or not you opened it before. Changes sync when you are back online.
"How is this different from Google Drive or Dropbox sync?"
Those give you folders. This gives you the library - AI search, tags and filters still work on your own machine, and you drag straight from there into any app. You get the finder you already use, without giving up everything that made the library findable.
