IsraAID is an international humanitarian aid organization working in over 12 countries. The organization responds rapidly to crises - such as their deployment to Moldova during the 2022 Ukraine refugee crisis - and helps communities build long-term resilience. After the 2010 earthquake in Haiti, for instance, IsraAID provided emergency aid and stayed to support long-term recovery through education and mental health programs. Their missions range from public health responses to natural disaster recovery. With a global team of 350+ employees and volunteers, training and knowledge sharing are critical to their impact.

Liri Mor, IsraAID’s Learning & Development Officer, leads the effort to ensure employees and managers have access to training materials, onboarding resources, and internal know-how to strengthen their capacity.

The Challenge: Disorganized Storage, Limited Access, and Language Barriers
